  Overview: 
  SDQ1 is a transaction code used in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. It is used to display and manage expiring quotations. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view all quotations that are about to expire, as well as the details of each quotation. It also allows users to extend the validity of the quotations, delete them, or convert them into orders. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter SDQ1 in the command field and press enter. 
  2. A list of expiring quotations will be displayed. 
  3. Select the quotation you wish to manage and click on the “Extend” button to extend its validity. 
  4. To delete a quotation, select it and click on the “Delete” button. 
  5. To convert a quotation into an order, select it and click on the “Convert” button. 
  6. Once you have made your changes, click on the “Save” button to save them.
