    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter SDQ1 in the command field and press enter. 
    2. A list of expiring quotations will be displayed. 
    3. Select the quotation you wish to manage and click on the “Extend” button to extend its validity. 
    4. To delete a quotation, select it and click on the “Delete” button. 
    5. To convert a quotation into an order, select it and click on the “Convert” button. 
    6. Once you have made your changes, click on the “Save” button to save them.
