  3. Select the “Role Distribution” tab in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  4. Select “Create” or “Change” from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Enter the name of the role you wish to assign or change in the “Role Name” field. 
  6. Select “Assign” or “Change” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Enter the name of the user or group you wish to assign or change in the “User/Group Name” field. 
  8. Select “Save” from the drop-down menu. 
  9. Select “Authorization Profile” from the left-hand navigation menu and enter the name of the authorization profile you wish to create or change in the “Profile Name” field. 
  10. Select “Create” or “Change” from the drop-down menu and enter your desired authorization settings in the fields provided. 
  11. Select “Save” from the drop-down menu when finished making changes or creating a new profile. 
  12. Select “Back” from the left-hand navigation menu when finished making changes or creating a new profile and select “Save” from the drop-down menu when finished making changes or creating a new profile in order to save your changes and exit out of SAGRDIST_SETUP transaction code screen.
