  1. Log into SAP using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code SAGRDIST_SETUP in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Role Distribution” tab in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  4. Select “Create” or “Change” from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Enter the name of the role you wish to assign or change in the “Role Name” field. 
  6. Select “Assign” or “Change” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Enter the name of the user or group you wish to assign or change in the “User/Group Name” field.
