SA13 - Details

    Overview: 
    SA13 is a SAP transaction code used to define name format rules in the SAP system. It is used to define the format of names that are used in the system, such as customer names, vendor names, and employee names. 
    
    Functionality: 
    The SA13 transaction code allows users to define the format of names that are used in the system. This includes defining the order of first and last names, as well as any additional information that should be included in the name.     Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Access the SA13 transaction code by entering it into the command field. 
    2. Select the “Name Format Rules” tab. 
    3. Select “Create” to create a new name format rule. 
    4. Enter a name for the rule and select “Save”. 
    5. Enter the desired name format and select “Save” again. 
    6. Select “Activate” to activate the rule and make it available for use in the system. 
    7. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of SA13.
