  • SAP Tcode: RSPXA000 - PXA: Consistency Check

    Overview:
RSPXA000 is a SAP transaction code used to perform a consistency check in the Personnel Development (PXA) module. This transaction code is used to ensure that all the data in the PXA module is consistent and up-to-date.

    Functionality:
The RSPXA000 transaction code is used to check the consistency of the data in the PXA module. It checks for any inconsistencies between the data stored in the PXA module and the data stored in other modules, such as HR and Payroll. It also checks for any inconsistencies between the data stored in different tables within the PXA module.

    Step-by-step How to Use:
    1. Log into SAP and enter transaction code RSPXA000.
    2. Select the “Check” button to start the consistency check.
    3. The system will display a list of inconsistencies that need to be corrected.
    4. Select each inconsistency and make the necessary corrections.
    5. Once all inconsistencies have been corrected, select the “Save” button to save your changes.
    6. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of RSPXA000.
    7. Select the “Execute” button to run the consistency check again and ensure that all inconsistencies have been corrected.

    Other Recommendations:
It is recommended that you run this consistency check regularly, as it helps ensure that all data in the PXA module is up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, it is important to make sure that all corrections are saved before exiting out of RSPXA000, as any unsaved changes will be lost when you exit out of the transaction code.
