    RSD3 is an SAP transaction code used to maintain units of measure in the SAP system. It is used to create, change, and delete units of measure, as well as to view existing units of measure. This transaction code is part of the SAP Logistics Information System (LIS) module. 
    
    Functionality:
    
    RSD3 allows users to maintain units of measure in the SAP system. This includes creating new units of measure, changing existing units of measure, and deleting units of measure. It also allows users to view existing units of measure. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use:
    
    1. To access RSD3, enter the transaction code into the command field and press enter. 
    2. The initial screen will display a list of existing units of measure. To create a new unit of measure, select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    3. Enter the desired unit of measure into the “Unit” field and select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    4. To change an existing unit of measure, select it from the list and select “Change” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    5. Enter any desired changes into the appropriate fields and select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    6. To delete an existing unit of measure, select it from the list and select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion and select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    
    Other Recommendations:
    
    It is important to note that any changes made using RSD3 will be immediately applied to all documents in which that unit of measure is used. Therefore, it is recommended that users exercise caution when making changes using this transaction code.
