  1. Log into your SAP system. 
  2. Enter transaction code RSARCH_ADMIN in the command field. 
  3. The BW Archive Administration screen will appear. 
  4. Use the navigation tree on the left side of the screen to access different features.  
  5. Use the toolbar at the top of the screen to perform various actions such as creating, editing, or deleting archiving requests.  
  6. Use the search bar at the top right corner to search for specific archiving requests or objects.  
  7. Use the filters at the bottom right corner to filter your search results by date, status, or other criteria.  
  8. When you are finished, click on “Save” or “Cancel” to save or discard your changes respectively.
