  RE_RHXSTR02 is an SAP transaction code used to display the organizational structure of a company with the associated personnel. It is used to view the organizational structure of a company and the personnel assigned to each position. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view the organizational structure of a company and the personnel assigned to each position. It also allows users to view the relationships between positions and personnel, as well as the job descriptions and qualifications of each person. Additionally, it can be used to view the current status of personnel in terms of their employment status, such as active or inactive. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter RE_RHXSTR02 into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Organizational Structure” tab. 
  3. Select the “Personnel” tab. 
  4. Select the desired organizational unit from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Select “Display” to view the organizational structure with associated personnel. 
  6. To view additional information about a particular person, select their name from the list and click “Details”. 
  7. To view additional information about a particular position, select it from the list and click “Details”. 
  8. To exit, select “Back” or “Cancel” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
