  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new cost center group in the “Group Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the new cost center group in the “Group Description” field. 
  5. Select a type for the new cost center group from the “Group Type” drop-down menu. 
  6. Enter a number for the maximum number of cost centers that can be assigned to this group in the “Max Number of Cost Centers” field. 
  7. Select a type for the cost centers that can be assigned to this group from the “Cost Center Type” drop-down menu. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes and create your new cost center group. 
  9. To assign cost centers to your new group, select “Assign Cost Centers” from the menu bar and enter or select the desired cost centers from the list provided. 
  10. Click “Save” again to save your changes and assign your selected cost centers to your new group. 
  11. To view or edit existing cost center groups, select “Display/Change” from the menu bar and select an existing group from the list provided. 
  12. Make any desired changes and click “Save” again to save your changes and update your existing group information.
