  The CUA Standard Functions allow users to create, modify, and delete user accounts and roles in a central system. It also allows users to assign roles to users and manage user access rights. Additionally, it provides the ability to synchronize user data across multiple systems. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code RELML00008 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “User Administration” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create User” option from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter the required information for the new user account, such as name, password, and role assignments. 
  5. Click “Save” to create the new user account. 
  6. To modify an existing user account, select the “Modify User” option from the drop-down menu and enter the required information for the user account. 
  7. To delete an existing user account, select the “Delete User” option from the drop-down menu and enter the required information for the user account. 
  8. To assign roles to users, select the “Assign Roles” option from the drop-down menu and enter the required information for each role assignment. 
  9. To manage user access rights,
