  5. Enter the necessary information for the new activity, such as responsible person, planned start and end dates, etc. 
  6. To edit an existing activity, select it from the list and click on “Edit” in the toolbar. 
  7. Make any necessary changes to the activity information and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete an activity, select it from the list and click on “Delete” in the toolbar. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the activity by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
