  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code RECOPLPRM03 is used to display the primary cost elements in the RE Planning application. This transaction code is part of the RE-FX (Real Estate Management) module in the SAP ERP system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view and manage the primary cost elements associated with a particular real estate object. It also allows users to view and edit the cost elements associated with a particular real estate object. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code RECOPLPRM03 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the real estate object number in the Real Estate Object field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The list of primary cost elements associated with the real estate object will be displayed. 
  5. To edit a cost element, select it and click on Change (F5). 
  6. Make the necessary changes and click on Save (Ctrl+S). 
  7. To add a new cost element, click on New Entries (F6). 
  8. Enter the necessary details and click on Save (Ctrl+S). 
  9. To delete a cost element, select it and click on Delete (Shift+F6). 
  10. Click on Yes to confirm deletion of the cost element. 
  11. Click on Back (F3) to return to the list of primary cost elements for the real estate object. 
  12. Click on Exit (F12) to exit from this transaction code.
