  1. Enter the transaction code RECOPLCFCOPY in the command field. 
  2. Select the company code(s) for which you want to copy the cash flow data. 
  3. Select the type of data you want to copy (actual or planned). 
  4. Select the period for which you want to copy the data. 
  5. Click “Execute” to start the copying process. 
  6. Once the copying process is complete, click “Save” to save the changes.

  It is recommended that users check the accuracy of the copied data before saving it in CO Planning. Additionally, users should be aware that any changes made in CFP will not be automatically reflected in CO Planning; they must be manually copied over using this transaction code.
