The transaction code also allows users to view and edit the details of a section, such as its name, description, and other attributes. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the REAT0004 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new section. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new section, such as its name and description. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new section. 
  5. To change an existing section, select it from the list of available sections and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the section and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete a section, select it from the list of available sections and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the section by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
