    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code QS54 is used to maintain a selected set in the Quality Management (QM) module. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete selected sets, which are used to group together materials or documents that have similar characteristics.

    QS54 enables users to create and maintain selected sets in the QM module. A selected set is a group of materials or documents that have similar characteristics. The selected set can be used for various purposes, such as quality inspections, sampling plans, and more. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code QS54 in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” option to create a new selected set. 
    3. Enter the name of the selected set and select the type of material or document that will be included in the set. 
    4. Enter the criteria for selecting materials or documents that will be included in the set. 
    5. Select “Save” to save the selected set. 
    6. To change an existing selected set, select the “Change” option and enter the name of the selected set that you want to change. 
    7. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” to save your changes. 
    8. To delete an existing selected set, select the “Delete” option and enter the name of the selected set that you want to delete. 
    9. Select “Yes” to confirm
