  QS45 allows users to view and manage catalogs related to quality management. This includes viewing the structure of catalogs, creating new catalogs, and editing existing catalogs. It also allows users to assign catalogs to inspection plans and view the details of existing catalogs. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code QS45 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the catalog you want to view or edit in the “Catalog” field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to display the catalog details. 
  5. To create a new catalog, select the “Create” option from the menu bar and enter the required details in the fields provided. 
  6. To edit an existing catalog, select the “Change” option from the menu bar and enter the required details in the fields provided. 
  7. To assign a catalog to an inspection plan, select the “Assign” option from the menu bar and enter the required details in the fields provided. 
  8. Select “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
