  QA14 allows users to change the UD of an inspection lot without creating a history record. This means that the changes made to the UD will not be recorded in the system and will not be visible in the inspection lot history. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code QA14 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the inspection lot number in the Lot field. 
  3. Select the UD that needs to be changed from the list of UD fields. 
  4. Enter the new value for the UD field and click on ‘Save’. 
  5. The UD will be changed without creating a history record. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended to use QA14 with caution as changes made to the UD will not be recorded in the system and will not be visible in the inspection lot history. It is also recommended to use QA14 only when necessary as it can lead to discrepancies in data if used incorrectly.
