  PZ39 allows users to view and maintain personal ID information for employees in the SAP system. This includes entering new employee data, updating existing employee data, and deleting employee data. It also allows users to view a list of all employees in the system and search for specific employees by name or ID number. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PZ39 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to enter new employee data. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new employee, such as name, address, date of birth, etc. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new employee data. 
  5. To update existing employee data, select the “Change” button and enter the required changes. 
  6. To delete an employee record, select the “Delete” button and confirm the deletion. 
  7. To view a list of all employees in the system, select the “Display” button. 
  8. To search for a specific employee by name or ID number, select the “Find” button and enter the search criteria. 
  9. Select the “Execute” button to execute the search query and view the results.
