  Functionality:
  PZ21 allows users to create job postings, edit existing postings, and delete postings that are no longer needed. It also allows users to track applicants and their progress through the recruitment process. This includes tracking the status of applications, scheduling interviews, and managing offers. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. To create a new job posting, enter PZ21 in the command field and press enter. 
  2. Enter the details of the job posting, such as job title, description, salary range, etc. 
  3. Save the job posting by clicking on the “Save” button. 
  4. To edit an existing job posting, enter PZ21 in the command field and press enter. 
  5. Select the job posting you wish to edit from the list of postings displayed on the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the job posting and save it by clicking on the “Save” button. 
  7. To delete a job posting, enter PZ21 in the command field and press enter. 
  8. Select the job posting you wish to delete from the list of postings displayed on the screen. 
  9. Click on the “Delete” button
