  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PY_AE_HAEPRAC0 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the personnel number of the employee whose service duration and cost you want to view. 
  3. The system will display the total duration of service and cost of the employee in the past. 
  4. To view details, click on ‘Details’ button at the bottom of the screen. 
  5. The system will display a list of all periods with their respective service duration and cost for that period. 
  6. To exit, click on ‘Back’ button at the bottom of the screen.
