  1. Enter the transaction code PYD_PDD in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select the type of data you want to view or delete from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Click on “Display” or “Delete” depending on your desired action. 
  5. Confirm your action by clicking “Yes” or “No” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  6. The data will be displayed or deleted accordingly.
