  7. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. To assign a planning area to an external plan, select “Assign Planning Area” from the menu bar and enter an external plan name in the “External Plan” field. 
  9. To define data transfer parameters for an external plan, select “Define Data Transfer Parameters” from the menu bar and enter values for each parameter as needed. 
  10. Click “Save” to save your changes.
