  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PVDM in the command field of the SAP GUI. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the menu and select “Create” or “Change” again. 
  4. Enter a description for the menu and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Menu Items” from the menu bar and enter the transaction codes that should be included in the menu. 
  6. Select “Save” when finished entering transaction codes. 
  7. Select “Assign Menu” from the menu bar and enter the user or role that should have access to the menu. 
  8. Select “Save” when finished assigning the menu. 
  9. Select “Activate Menu” from the menu bar to activate the menu for use in the system.
