The workbench also provides users with the ability to view employee absences in a calendar format, as well as the ability to set up notifications for upcoming absences. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the transaction code PTFMLA_PROF in SAP. 
  2. Select the “FMLA Workbench” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the “Absence Overview:” tab to view employee absences in a calendar format. 
  4. Select the “FMLA Requests” tab to view and manage FMLA requests. 
  5. Select the “Reports” tab to generate reports related to employee absences and FMLA requests. 
  6. Select the “Notifications” tab to set up notifications for upcoming absences. 
  7. Once you have completed your tasks, select the “Save” button to save your changes.
