    1. Enter transaction code PSA18 in the command field. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar.

    4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the version you want to change. 
    5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save”. 
    6. Select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the version you want to delete. 
    7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion. 
    8. Select “Assign Version” from the menu bar and enter the name of the project you want to assign a version to. 
    9. Select a version from the list and select “Save”. 
    10. Select “Version History” from the menu bar and enter the name of the project you want to view its version history for. 
    11. The version history will be displayed on screen for you to view or print out as needed.
