  1. Enter transaction code PSA00 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Activate” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the archive in the “Archive Name” field. 
  4. Select “Activate” from the menu bar again to confirm activation of the archive. 
  5. The system will display a confirmation message once the archive has been successfully activated.
