    4. Select “Save” to save the new resource. 
    5. To edit an existing resource, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Edit”. 
    6. Make any necessary changes to the resource information and then select “Save” to save your changes. 
    7. To delete a resource, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Delete”. 
    8. To assign a resource to a task or activity, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Assign”.

    10. To view resource availability and utilization, select “Availability/Utilization” from the main menu. 
    11. Select a date range for which you want to view availability/utilization information and then select “Display” to view the results. 
    12. To set up a resource group, select “Resource Groups” from the main menu and then select “Create” to create a new group. 
    13. Enter a name for the group and then select “Save” to save your changes. 
    14. To assign resources to a group, select it from the list of available groups and then select “Assign Resources” from the main menu. 
    15. Select one or more resources that you want to assign to the group and then select “Save” to save your changes.
