  Overview:

Additionally, users can view resource availability and utilization, as well as set up resource groups and assign resources to them. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP and enter the PRP_WFM_ADMIN transaction code. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new resource. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new resource, such as name, type, and description. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new resource. 
  5. To edit an existing resource, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Edit”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the resource information and then select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To delete a resource, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Delete”. 
  8. To assign a resource to a task or activity, select it from the list of available resources and then select “Assign”. 
  9. Select the task or activity that you want to assign the resource to and then select “Save” to save your changes. 
  10. To view resource availability and utilization, select “Availability/Utilization” from the main menu. 
  11. Select a date range for which you want to view availability/utilization information and then select “Display” to view the results. 
  12. To set up a resource group, select “Resource Groups” from the main menu and then select “Create” to create a new group. 
  13. Enter a name for the group and then select “Save” to save your changes. 
  14. To assign resources to a group, select it from the list of available groups and then select “Assign Resources” from the main menu. 
  15. Select one or more resources that you want to assign to the group and then select “Save” to save your changes.
