  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PRFAM is used to maintain price families in the SAP system. Price families are used to group materials and services into categories for pricing purposes. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete price families. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PRFAM transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete price families in the SAP system. It also allows users to assign materials and services to a price family, as well as view and edit existing price family assignments. Additionally, users can view the pricing conditions associated with a particular price family. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the PRFAM transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” to create a new price family. 
  3. Enter the name of the new price family and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” to edit an existing price family. 
  5. Select the desired price family from the list and make any necessary changes. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Delete” to delete an existing price family. 
  8. Select the desired price family from the list and select “Delete” to confirm deletion. 
  9. Select “Assign Materials/Services” to assign materials or services to a particular price family. 
  10. Select the desired material or service from the list and select “Save” to confirm assignment.
