  The Travel Calendar provides a comprehensive overview of all travel-related activities. It allows users to view their upcoming trips, book flights and hotels, and manage their travel expenses. Additionally, users can also view their past trips and analyze their spending patterns. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter the transaction code PR02 in the command field. 
  2. The Travel Calendar will open up in a new window. 
  3. Select the “New Trip” option to create a new trip entry. 
  4. Enter the necessary details such as destination, dates, and other relevant information. 
  5. Once you have entered all the details, click “Save” to save your trip entry. 
  6. You can also view your past trips by selecting the “View Past Trips” option from the menu bar. 
  7. To book flights or hotels, select the “Book Flights/Hotels” option from the menu bar and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking.
