  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PPCSA is used to display production activities in the SAP system. It is a part of the Production Planning and Control (PP) module. This transaction code allows users to view and analyze production activities, such as production orders, process orders, and planned orders. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PPCSA transaction code provides users with a comprehensive overview of production activities. It displays information such as the order number, material number, quantity, and status of each production activity. Additionally, it allows users to filter the data by various criteria, such as material number, order type, and status. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PPCSA in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” radio button in the “Selection” tab. 
  3. Enter the selection criteria in the “Selection” tab. 
  4. Click on “Execute” to display the list of production activities that meet the selection criteria. 
  5. To view more detailed information about a particular production activity, double-click on it in the list. 
  6. To filter the list of production activities, click on “Filter” in the toolbar and enter the desired criteria in the “Filter” tab. 
  7. To save or print the list of production activities, click on “Save” or “Print” in the toolbar respectively.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the available options in the “Selection” and “Filter” tabs before using this transaction code to ensure that they are able to get the most out of it.
