  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PPCO into the SAP command field. 
  2. The Organizational Plan Initial Screen will be displayed. 
  3. Use the graphical representation of the organizational structure to view and edit it as needed. 
  4. To create a new organizational unit, click on the “Create” button in the toolbar. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for the new unit and click “Save”. 
  6. To assign a position to an organizational unit, select it from the list of available positions and click “Assign”. 
  7. To create a relationship between two organizational units, select them from the list of available units and click “Create Relationship”.
