  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code POC_DEF is used to maintain process definitions in the SAP system. It is used to define and maintain the process steps, activities, and tasks that are part of a business process. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The POC_DEF transaction code allows users to define and maintain the process steps, activities, and tasks that are part of a business process. It also allows users to define the sequence of activities and tasks within a process. Additionally, it enables users to assign roles and responsibilities to each activity or task in the process. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code POC_DEF in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new process definition. 
  3. Enter a name for the process definition and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Activities” tab to add activities and tasks to the process definition. 
  5. Select “Add Activity” or “Add Task” to add activities or tasks to the process definition. 
  6. Enter a name for each activity or task and select “Save”. 
  7. Select the “Sequence” tab to define the sequence of activities and tasks within the process definition. 
  8. Select “Add Sequence” to add a sequence of activities or tasks to the process definition. 
  9. Enter a name for each sequence and select “Save”. 
  10. Select the “Roles” tab to assign roles and responsibilities to each
