    1. Enter the transaction code POC_DEF in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” button to create a new process definition. 
    3. Enter a name for the process definition and select “Save”. 
    4. Select the “Activities” tab to add activities and tasks to the process definition. 
    5. Select “Add Activity” or “Add Task” to add activities or tasks to the process definition. 
    6. Enter a name for each activity or task and select “Save”. 
    7. Select the “Sequence” tab to define the sequence of activities and tasks within the process definition. 
    8. Select “Add Sequence” to add a sequence of activities or tasks to the process definition. 
    9. Enter a name for each sequence and select “Save”. 
    10. Select the “Roles” tab to assign roles and responsibilities to each activity or task in the process definition. 
    11. Select “Add Role” to assign roles and responsibilities for each activity or task in the process definition. 
    12. Enter a name for each role and select “Save”. 
    13. Select “Activate” to activate the process definition in SAP system.
