  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PO04D is used to display business event types in the SAP system. It is a part of the Purchasing module and is used to view and maintain the different types of events that are used in the purchasing process.

  The PO04D transaction code allows users to view and maintain the different types of events that are used in the purchasing process. This includes creating, changing, and deleting event types, as well as viewing existing event types. The transaction code also allows users to view the details of an event type, such as its description, status, and other related information. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PO04D in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the event type you wish to view or maintain. 
  4. Select “Execute” to view or maintain the event type. 
  5. To create a new event type, select “Create” from the menu bar and enter all necessary information for the new event type. 
  6. To change an existing event type, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter all necessary information for the changes you wish to make. 
  7. To delete an existing event type, select “Delete” from the menu bar and confirm your selection when prompted. 
  8. Select “Save” to save any changes
