  Overview: 
  PMMN is an SAP transaction code used for HR Funds and Position Management. It is used to manage the funds and positions of an organization’s human resources department. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PMMN allows users to manage the funds and positions of an organization’s human resources department. It enables users to create, edit, and delete funds and positions, as well as assign them to employees. It also allows users to view the current status of funds and positions, as well as their history. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user credentials. 
  2. Enter the transaction code PMMN in the command field. 
  3. Select the desired action from the menu that appears (e.g., create a new fund or position). 
  4. Enter the required information in the fields provided (e.g., name, description, etc.). 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To view the current status of funds and positions, select “Display” from the menu that appears. 
  7. To view the history of a fund or position, select “History” from the menu that appears. 
  8. To delete a fund or position, select “Delete” from the menu that appears. 
  9. Click “Save” to save your changes and exit the transaction code PMMN.
