    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code PM01 is used to enhance infotypes in the SAP system. It allows users to create, modify, and delete infotypes. Infotypes are used to store and manage employee data in the SAP system. 
    
    Functionality: 
    PM01 allows users to create, modify, and delete infotypes. It also allows users to view existing infotypes and their associated data. Additionally, it allows users to assign authorization groups to infotypes, which control who can view and edit the data associated with the infotype. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code PM01 in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter the name of the infotype you want to create in the “Infotype” field. 
    4. Enter a description of the infotype in the “Description” field. 
    5. Select an authorization group for the infotype from the drop-down menu. 
    6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
    7. To modify an existing infotype, select it from the list of existing infotypes and click “Change” from the menu bar. 
    8. To delete an existing infotype, select it from the list of existing infotypes and click “Delete” from the menu bar.
