  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PIQEQ is used to edit external qualifications in the SAP system. It allows users to view, create, and modify external qualifications in the system. This transaction code is part of the Personnel Administration module.

  The PIQEQ transaction code allows users to view, create, and modify external qualifications in the SAP system. This includes adding new qualifications, editing existing qualifications, and deleting qualifications.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PIQEQ into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to add a new external qualification. 
  3. Enter the details of the qualification such as name, description, and type. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new qualification. 
  5. To edit an existing qualification, select the “Edit” option and enter the details of the qualification that needs to be modified. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the qualification. 
  7. To delete a qualification, select the “Delete” option and confirm deletion when prompted. 
  8. To assign a qualification to an employee, select the “Assign” option and enter the employee’s details such as name and personnel number. 
  9. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the employee’s qualifications list.
