    4. Select “Save” to save the new SLA. 
    5. To view or edit an existing SLA, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the relevant SLA number. 
    6. To delete an existing SLA, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the relevant SLA number. 
    7. To view or analyze SLA performance, select “Analysis” from the menu bar and enter the relevant criteria.
