    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code PDA4 in the command field. 
    2. The Object List Absence Events screen will appear. 
    3. Select an absence event from the list to view its details. 
    4. To create a new absence event, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
    5. Enter the necessary information for the new absence event and click “Save” when finished. 
    6. To edit an existing absence event, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
    7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
    8. To delete an existing absence event, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen.
