  The SAP transaction code PC00_M40_DF17 is a utility used to download Form 17. Form 17 is a document used to report the details of an employee’s salary and deductions to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) in Malaysia.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M40_DF17 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select the year for which you want to download Form 17 in the Year field. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The details of the employee’s salary and deductions will be displayed on the screen. 
  6. Click on Download (F9) to download Form 17 in PDF format. 
  7. The downloaded file will be saved in your local drive.
