  1. Log into SAP and enter the PC00_M31_KVASTR transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enter the name of the qualifications structure you wish to create in the “Qualifications Structure” field. 
  4. Enter the name of each qualification you wish to include in the structure in the “Qualification” field. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you have finished entering all of your qualifications. 
  6. Select “Activate” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you have finished creating your qualifications structure. 
  7. Select “Assign Qualifications” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you have finished activating your qualifications structure. 
  8. Enter each employee’s name in the “Employee Name” field and select their corresponding qualifications from the drop-down list in the “Qualification” field. 
  9. Select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you have finished assigning all of your employees their corresponding qualifications. 
  10. Select “Display Qualifications Structure” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you have finished assigning all of your employees their corresponding qualifications and wish to view your completed structure.
