  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M29_MSIM into the command field in the SAP system. 
  2. The My Simplification Items screen will appear. 
  3. Use the search fields to filter the list of simplification items by status, priority, assigned user, etc. 
  4. To assign a new simplification item, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the details of the item and click “Save” to assign it to yourself or another user.
