  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  3. Click on “Execute” to view the list of self-declared sicknesses for that employee. 
  4. To view more details about a particular sickness, click on the “Details” button next to it. 
  5. To exit, click on “Back” or press F3.
