  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M13_LEAV into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Leave Reports” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the date range for which you want to view the leave reports. 
  4. Select the “Display” button to view the report. 
  5. The report will display the total number of days of leave taken by all employees in the given period, as well as the total number of days of leave taken by an individual employee in the given period.
