  The SAP transaction code PC00_M12_GARN is used to view the garnishment history of an employee. This transaction code is used to view the details of any garnishments that have been applied to an employee’s salary.

  1. Enter the PC00_M12_GARN transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number into the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Click on Execute. 
  4. The system will display a list of all garnishments that have been applied to the employee’s salary, including the type, amount, and date of each garnishment. 
  5. To view the status of any current garnishments, click on the Status tab at the top of the screen. 
  6. The system will display a list of all current garnishments and their status. 
  7. To exit, click on Back or press F3 on your keyboard.

If you need to view garnishment history for former employees, you will need to use a different transaction code (PC00_M13_GARN).
