  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PB20 is used to display applicant master data. This transaction code is used to view and manage the data of applicants who have applied for a job in an organization. It allows users to view the applicant's personal information, contact details, and other relevant information. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PB20 enables users to view and manage the data of applicants who have applied for a job in an organization. This transaction code also allows users to create, edit, and delete applicant records. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PB20 in the command field. 
  2. The Applicant Master Data screen will appear. 
  3. Enter the applicant’s name or ID in the search field. 
  4. The applicant’s data will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To create a new record, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter all relevant information about the applicant in the fields provided. 
  7. To edit an existing record, click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Make any necessary changes to the record and click “Save” when finished. 
  9. To delete a record, click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen and confirm your action when prompted.
