  Overview:
  SAP transaction code PB00 is used to manage the recruitment process in an organization. It is used to create and manage job postings, track applicants, and manage the hiring process. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PB00 allows users to create job postings, track applicants, and manage the hiring process. It also allows users to view applicant profiles, review resumes, and schedule interviews. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to track the progress of applicants throughout the recruitment process. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code PB00 in the command field. 
  3. Select “Create Job Posting” from the menu options. 
  4. Enter the job details such as job title, job description, and required qualifications. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the job posting. 
  6. To view applicant profiles, select “View Applicant Profiles” from the menu options. 
  7. To review resumes, select “Review Resumes” from the menu options. 
  8. To schedule interviews, select “Schedule Interviews” from the menu options. 
  9. To track progress of applicants throughout the recruitment process, select “Track Progress” from the menu options. 
  10. When finished, click “Log Out” to exit SAP.
