  SAP transaction code PAC0004 is used to manage sections in the SAP system. It allows users to create, edit, and delete sections in the system. This transaction code is part of the Personnel Administration module.

  1. Enter transaction code PAC0004 into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the section name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new section. 
  5. To edit an existing section, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the section name or number in the appropriate field. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete a section, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the section name or number in the appropriate field. 
  8. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the section.
