  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code P2R9 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the personnel number of the employee whose letter you wish to view. 
  3. The system will display the details of the employee's appointment letter. 
  4. To view any changes that have been made to the letter since it was issued, select “Change” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. The system will display a list of all changes that have been made to the letter since it was issued. 
  6. To exit, select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
