  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OVV0 is used to maintain the copying rules for orders in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. This transaction code is used to define the conditions under which an order can be copied from one document to another. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The OVV0 transaction code allows users to define the conditions under which an order can be copied from one document to another. This includes defining the fields that should be copied, as well as any additional conditions that must be met for the order to be copied. The transaction code also allows users to define the default values for certain fields when an order is copied. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OVV0 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Copy Rules” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new copying rule. 
  4. Enter a name and description for the copying rule. 
  5. Select the fields that should be copied from one document to another. 
  6. Define any additional conditions that must be met for the order to be copied. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save the copying rule. 
  8. Select the “Activate” button to activate the copying rule. 
  9. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of the transaction code OVV0.
