  1. Enter the OVS5 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the matchcode you want to create and select “Continue”. 
  4. Select the fields you want to include in the matchcode and select “Continue”. 
  5. Enter the values for each field and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Activate” to activate the matchcode. 
  7. Select “Assign” to assign a matchcode to a salesperson. 
  8. Enter the salesperson’s ID and select “Continue”. 
  9. Select the matchcode you want to assign and select “Save”. 
  10. Select “Back” to return to the main menu of OVS5 transaction code.
