  OV94 is a transaction code used in SAP Controlling (CO) module. It is used to maintain access sequences for the Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) project. Access sequences are used to determine the order in which the system searches for valid values in the database.

  The OV94 transaction code allows users to create, change, and display access sequences for COPA projects. It also allows users to assign access sequences to COPA projects and to define the order in which the system searches for valid values in the database. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OV94 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the access sequence and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter a description for the access sequence and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Assign Access Sequence” from the menu bar and enter a COPA project name. 
  6. Select “Define Search Order” from the menu bar and enter a search order number for each value field that needs to be searched. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished entering search orders. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the access sequence for use in COPA projects.
